Heating Instructions
Please do not microwave the pouch. Instead, pour the broth into a mug or small pot to gently heat — then sip and enjoy!

Storage
Our broth has a short fridge life, so please keep it frozen or refrigerated until you're ready to use it. It’s safe to keep frozen for up to six months or ten days in the fridge.

Each pouch is a single serving. For the best results, we recommend enjoying one per day for 7 days — consistency is key! It’s exactly one cup of deliciousness!

Paige’s Story — From Burnout to Bone Broth
For years, I lived life in overdrive—big cities, long hours and constant pressure at work. I pushed through stress and fatigue, ignoring the signals my body was sending. My husband was on a similar path. Eventually, the wear and tear caught up with us—chronic issues that no quick fix or supplement could solve.
I began looking for something new. I wasn’t interested in the latest detoxes or the trending superfoods. I wanted nourishment that felt real. Simple. Fresh. Healthy.
That’s how I stumbled on bone broth.
It quickly became something I wanted as part of my daily ritual—a warm cup in the morning, a moment of calm in the afternoon. To soothe my gut, ease my nervous system, or help me reconnect with my overall health. But I couldn’t find a version I fully trusted—one made cleanly and traditionally, without compromise.
That’s when I met Davide, an incredible chef also living in Ibiza with a similar philosophy. Together, we created Hueso—our goal is a return to slow, intentional nourishment.

Davide’s Story — A Father’s First Broth
I’ve spent over 20 years as a chef, cooking in restaurants, retreats, and private homes. I’ve always believed food should do more than taste good—it should restore and nourish.
When my wife was pregnant, I started researching the most supportive foods for postpartum recovery. Time and again, I landed on one: bone broth. Rich in collagen, minerals, and protein. Easy to digest. Deeply replenishing.
So I began simmering broth at home the traditional way—slowly, with no shortcuts. Just good bones, fresh vegetables, filtered water, and time. I made it for her, but it became part of my own routine too. Between long shifts in the kitchen, early mornings, and late nights, my body craved it.
Soon, friends were asking for jars. Then clients. I knew it was time to share it more widely—and that’s when I met Paige.
Hueso is our way of bringing this ancestral staple back into everyday life. Chef-crafted, made with care, and rooted in real nourishment.
